Here's my story: I was looking for an apartment with my girlfriend and her daughter, and Suzy was more than happy to be accomendating to us. After all, what she saw was a single mother moving in with a roommate. Oh, but she didn't know we were real life lesbians! I still had a feminine outward appearance. As did my fem girlfriend. So bout after like two weeks of living there I decided to change my appearance; becoming more masculine outwardly. I also thought I would be out and proud by putting a rainbow sticker on my car. Then the fat Suzy went all pyshco christian on us. It started with chasing our car through the complex screaming and telling us to slow down and be quiet. I was kinda surprised she didn't jump in the god damn golf cart to chase us. Probably cause they don't make tires to support her fat gravy filled thighs. Then I awoke one day to find a note on our door for a noise complaint from thr following night. Funny... we were out of town till like 4am that morning. We went down there to talk to her and she was all scared hiding behind her desk saying that "it's ok, it happens." Then we got another noise complaint about two nights later. It was a god damn tuesday night and I was in bed by 6pm because I had to be in Auburn at 5am. I went down there to talk with her about it and she stated she received a noise complaint and she heard numerous voices (beyond just me and my gf) in the apartment having a large sex party. Seriuosly. She said that. Ya, so I kinda flipped out. Fat Suzy became defensive fat Suzy. That night I recieved a note on my door that stated, AND I QUOTE WORD FOR WORD... "we do not agree with your lifestyle, and neighbors and managment would appreciate if you vacated the premisis." So of course I went down to talk to fat Suzy the next day. I asked her what she meant by 'lifestyle' and she refused to answer. I told her I am not leaving because she doesn't like --- people. Suzy then stated she does, cause they have 1 other --- person that lives there. I stormed outta the office for fear of me committing murder on a fat person. That's gotta be a bad crime or something... Suzy then proceeded to solicit complaints by calling all of our neighbors. I know this because I had a friend who lived upstairs and he warned me what she was doing. She probably has a white clown costume with a pointed hat in her closet (KKK). She would poop a purple twinkie if she knew I was a --- ---. Needless to say we decided to move out. I had no further interactions with fat suzy cause my gf knew I would kill her. Anyway.. i agree that suzy is a fat ass,she walks around at night pretending she is a prison guard. yes,suzy is fat.hope she gets investigated by the fair housing. i like it here.its a nice place to live ,but fat ass suzy has to go.

Suzy is fat! She however does not allow residents to force their loud (sex behavior regardless of sexual preferance) on any neighbor. She solicited comments from neighbors to find out if the noise was coming from them and not the ------- lovers. Complaints were made from ------- lovers as well as straight lovers! Suzy walks around in the evening answering noise complaints and visiting her friends who live here! She has many reasons other than being a prison gaurd for walking around. Forcast..... why is it a nice place to live? Suzy practices fair housing! Just ask dig2u's attorney!

Thank you Suzy Lawson for writing the above reply and proving a point on how professional, fair and kind you truly are. Now everyone that looks at this website can see how you freely admit that you use your manager title to meddle or as you say to "solicite" comments to use against residents you do not agree with. There are no clear fair housing guidelines for ---- in Washington State. But there are some in 14 other states and California is one of them (Lacey Park is owned by a california based company) and you can be investigated for it. If you discriminate against one group of people and there is enough complaints about it, then it is something that Fair Housing could be interested in pursuing. Attorney?? I am not the one that needs one. One day the wrong person will be harrassed and evicted. Anyone who is guilty of these type of actions are just a lawsuit waiting to happen for their employers.

way to go dude.thanks for standing up for us.you would think by now that all of the reviews on lacey park it would get suzy to do something. (suzy) i like it here because it is affordable and quiet.also suzy do you have the companys address and phone,e-mail info for all of us complainers? post it on this site.we are real tenents writing real reviews.it is our right to say anything about you, and the apartments.suzy gets defensive when we give our complaints and tell the truth.the attorney general is a good place to make complaints when all else fails. i agree 100% on digs2u

All I know is we all need to do something. Beyond that I can't stand that she tries to say shes a Christian and then be so friggin two faced. Im sorry to everyone who has to see that as an example of a Christian and I really hope you believe me when I say Jesus isn't like that. The problem is that the property owners and Suzy are friends and so nothing gets done when complaints are made. Not unless you take it way above the property owners heads. Anyone who lives here and gets treated by Suzy the way she does people should go forward with it. And by the way, Suzy, managment is not supposed to be friends with tenants as this is a conflict of interest. You gotta know any of the positive reviews have been done by employees or friends thereof not actual tenants. Noone in their right mind would live at Lacey Park because they like it.
