I never hear my neighbors, unless they are in the stairwell (i'm right next to it). I did have problems with some crazy neighbors but the management forced them to leave. (abusive, cops being called all the time, lots of drinking).
Maintenance always came asap, my water heater died and when I paged him in the middle of the night he called me two minutes later and was over in about 5 to fix the problem.
The apartments are nice, cozy, they are a little on the small size (one br - 630 sqft) but for one person it works comfortably. I havent had any problems with management or anything else.
Bad side, When I use my heat it only lasts about an hour before its cold again, so the insulation doesnt seem top notch. fireplaces dont have doors on them, so lose heat that way too.
