I lived at Lacey Park for a little over two years, and I am honest when I say I am shocked by the "reviews" which I've read here. Spelling and grammar aside, the reviews here are awful...and unjustly so- Don't believe them. I think we have a couple disgruntled tenants looking to lash out/ strike back. I can only guess what type of renters these people are. And to the lesbians...I highly doubt Suzy ran you out because of your sexual orientation.

Yes, there are a number of inspections. That is a good thing. It's annoying to have to open up your place for sprinkler and fire alarm inspections, but I would rather do that every six months than die from smoke inhalation because the damn thing wasn't working!

And yes, the crew often makes noise outdoors running mowers, blowers and other equipment. That's because they are cleaning and keeping the grounds free from trash and debris, and keeping the lawn short and good looking. Damn them for not letting the place get all ghetto!

And yes, you often hear your neighbors. To a degree this can be expected. If it goes beyond normal, contact the office. They WILL talk to the offender! Just remember- In order for them to take you seriously you must be a good neighbor yourself. Pay your rent on time, pay your utilities on time, and be quiet and respectful of the rules. If you are a good tenant, they will treat you like a good tenant.

I paid my rent on time, I was quiet, and I obeyed the rules and I had a wonderful experience living at Lacey Park. Whenever I had a problem with noise, or anything else, the staff was quick to respond. Suzy and the rest of the ladies in the office are wonderful people. I loved to visit with them, and I miss them. When I moved out last September I really felt like I was moving away from "home."

Thank you! I think considering we have over 200 new resident each year the few "bad reviews" are obviously from residents who did not like rules or respected their community. Suzy
