Look elsewhere. I didn??t look into other complexes (relocation-time didn??t allow) and mistakenly signed a lease here. Upkeep is awful and it??s like living in a slum construction zone that never ends. They boarded up our patio-doors in JULY because of mold and repairs to the balconies. Nothing has been done for months. I realize that there can be set backs but this is just representative of how the management runs this property. They run around having Karaoke nights instead of working on issues that need to be resolved. When you try to talk to them about something they rush you out while they focus on prospective tenants. If you come back when no one is in the office, they act like your bothering them. Hallways are seldom cleaned, and they let kids run in them at night. It??s one of those cases where the owners live in another state and their only interest is the rent checks. I??m just glad my lease is ending soon.

If you have kids running in the halls you should call the office ot the emergeny pager number 360-786-4935. If you have felt rushed I apologize! We have a full time staff person whose only job is cleaning the halls. If you see one dirty please call the office immediately and we will get right to it. Yes the balconies have taken a few set backs but they are well under way now.

The Balconies are not well underway. I would be shocked if 1/2 of the complex has functioning balconies by summer. Set backs have happened and they could have been addressed one could have looked at other companies to complete the tasks at hand. I am sure if you read below Suzy_manager will have another comment justifying why the apartments look like condemned buildings.

Uh, ever think that the snow, rain, and time for contract signings had nothing to do with it? Rome was not built in a day. I have already seen the finished product.

It's been almost 2 years that we have not been able to use our balconies...1 year for them to inspect them and almost another year to rebuild them.

An inspection should not have taken over a year and and another 9 months to finish the balcony.mine was boarded up all summer to spring.no rent deduction.
