I really agree with the responses from people that are unhappy with these apartments. Although the only thing I liked is the fact that I feel safe in the area.

The staff at Lacey Park are rude. Once I stood in the office for 11 minutes while the manager was sitting in front of me talking to the maintence guy about a fat guys bike! All I wanted to do was ask a question and she didn't even bat a lash while I stood there. When I go in to pay rent they are always rude and snatch the rent. They always give me a look like I'm bugging them, especially when they are gossiping about tenants. I really don't feel comfortable calling even when I need maintenance on the Apt.

I asked to move in on June 1st after I signed the Lease. They ignored my calls until the 7th and told me I could move in on the 9th. Now I have a new apt and rents due on the 1st, but I still have to live at Lacey Park until Dec 9th because they are charging me 9days of rent because I moved in on June 9th. This sucks! And then to top it off: the manager told me that if I did move out on the first even if I paid the rent for 9 days, they will rent out the place if I move out! Ughh the nerve. All they want is money. I plan on paying the rent and moving out the 1st, but I AM NOT TURNING IN MY KEYS UNTIL THE 9TH. I don't think it's fair they can sucker you in and charge you money when they could have easily let me leave the 1st and they could've rented the place to someone else. They are what I like to call: PISS POOR MANAGEMENT.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. The fat guy who owned the bike is also a resident. His problem arrived first and had the right to be addressed first. If your the lease ended on the 9th it is natural that we would expect you to honor your agreement. If you couldn't move in on the 1st it was because the apartment had not been painted or maintenanced. I am sorry, but we make the apartment ready on a first come first served basis. I am sorry you were unhappy.

The customer that is right in front of you is always the one to help first, or at least acknowledge. Would the gentlemen (not the "fat guy") have even known if you had helped the resident who was right in front of you? Or maybe if the resident who was not present had a serious issue that was very pressing and could not wait, perhaps addressing the one waiting and explain to them your time situation and at least make them think you possibly care about their issue would have been better than the response that was listed above. You have not won anyone over with your so called "apology". If anything you have just reinforced what all of the other unhappy residents have said about you.

Suzy everyone who has had the displeasur of encountering you is going to be unhappy. You're mean, you're full of crap, you're inconsiderate, you're two faced and you have absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. How can you think you are doing good by defending every negative comment here? You are so damn rude that there are tenants who drop their rent in the night box just to avoid having to be around you. And quite frankly I have watched you act all friendly with said bike guy and does he know you call him fat? Point is, RENTERS BEWARE! Dont make the mistake of buying Suzy's crap. One month after living here you will wish you'd never seen this place.
