My boyfriend and i lived there a couple years ago. Really nice place, had no complaints what so ever. Until all of a sudden we get a call from the Manager that our neighbors were complaining our place smelled like cat urine. Yes, i did have a cat, and she always used the litter box. The manager sent up her assistant and a maintance guy to come in and check the apartment out- when they came in both of them said they didn't smell anything, in fact, they said it was coming from the hallway.
The following afternoon the Manager called us in for a meeting. Apparently her assistant and maintance guy reported that there was a smell, coming from our apartment, and she informed us that she wanted us out. That's fine with me. Before we moved, we cleaned the place top to bottom, like you should do at any place- return it the way you got it. Next thing i know, not only did they keep our rent, but they kept the deposit as well!! And to top it all off, i've recently gone to purchase a new car and got my credit report done, and there are two bills from them in collections!! One for $476 and one for $320. I don't even know what they are charging me for. I never recieved a bill. So needless to say, i'm having it investigated.

I was also informed by a police officer that after we'd moved that Lacey Park Apartments have been busted a few times before we moved in for Meth Labs- which would explain the nasty smell. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Any one can call the crime prevention officer at the Lacey Police Dept 360-456-7789 to find the above information in incorrect. There has never been a meth lab bust here. Apparently the unhappy writer is upset that they were asked to vacate due to pet odor. If they were sent to collections it was only after they failed to respond to request for payment for damages. If there are 2 bills being reported I would contact the collection agency for an explanation. We only report one debt. Thank you!

I dont buy it. I have seen Suzy operate and heard of this before with tenants before AND after her. Regardless of the meth lab thing, Suzy manipulates and lies and puts bills to collections without ever even notifying tenants. I have seen her do some very atrocious things to people because she doesnt like them so she manipulates the system to get them out and screw them over then she smiles at them and acts like it never happened. Then when she thinks you are out of earshot she bad mouths you. Suzy we know how you operate and noone believes your junk.
