The noise in these apartments is unbelievable! They allow subwoofers and then don t care if your neighbors blast them. If you do mention it to the office, they just tell you they ll get on it to get you out of there. When we looked at our apartment we made the mistake of looking at it mid-day (weekday). As soon as people get home the loud music starts and the management goes home. They haven t had balconies for 2 years. Rent keeps going up. Don t pay for a carport because other people park in your space. Can t wait for our lease to be up. There are much better apartments in the South-Sound area.

1. The balconies are just about complete.
2. Management recently terminted a lease due to a "sub-woofer" problem. No they are not OK.
3. Contact Management if you are a current resident, Yes we go home at the end of our work day but management lives on site and we do have pagers where we can be reached- especially for noise and lock-outs 360-786-4935. If you come in and do not feel like you have been helped make sure I know. Granted can take a cuple of attempts to resolve the issue but you must continue to contact the leasing office. if you only come in once, we will contact the offender, unless we hear back from you we assume the problem is corrected.
Thanks,
Suzy
If you do not get results conntact me about being released from your lease.

I would ask for compensation for not being able to use my balconies. Most Management companies would gladly compensate their residents rather than lose them. However, the way that the manager is speaking here, that may not be the case. This manager seems very unprofessional.
I am in property management and my goal is to be professional and ensure that my residents are happy and want to stay. I would not want to live where the management feels that I am not worth the time to make things better and that if I am viewed as a problem or unhappy that the solution is to release me from my lease rather than take care of the problem.

When I had an issue with repairs not being made in a timely manner on my apartment I was also told I could break my lease. They did not want to credit money back on my rent for the time it took them to 'repair' their crappy appliance.

I argee that the construction on the balcony took a long time.since it is done,I know that it is safe to use it again for many years.
