I have been living here for awhile,I do like it here,well kept grounds,gatherings in the cobana,cable. nice apartment for a single person.But i notice the rent increase goes up every year and I feel that for a one little bedroom apartment is not worth over 6.00$ a month.I do have some comlaints like one of my neghbors having intense intercourse results in banging on the wall verry hard in the wee hours of the morning,due to loss of sleep for the next morning.speeders in the area.Doesent any one who gets the monthly flyers in there door read about bieng quiet at night' i wonder. People,please be quiet at night,we pay more than enough to listen to youre crap. Like i said this is a nice complex,Suzy' can you tell us all why that the one bed is so high' Thanks.

The rent prices are set by the industry standard. When you have few vacancies the rents go up and when you have high vacancies the rent remains stable. As long as inflation rises, so will rent. We are still the best priced one bedroom apartment for the quality (especially considering the free expanded cable TV).
