The managment badmouthe tenants to other tenants or in front of other tenants, they do not take complaints seriously in regards to smoking, wiring, etc. Maintenance crew are very frinedly and they are the only emplyees here that care. Hallways are always overrun with spiders, balconies literally took over a year to complete so all our windows were covered with plastic or plywood and the smokers would stand outside and smoke trapping all the smoke in the plastic tent and it would leak into our houses, nails were left all over driveway from said work causing flat tires, gym equipment is broken or incomplete(missing parts) smokers smoke in hallways and right outside entry ways, managment does not notify when entry is made or when workers are present, they do not sweep chimneys and have in fact never done so, fireplaces do not close all the way so you end up paying 20$ extra for something you cant use and have to tape over, managment is friends with owners so complaints do not get taken seriously, the fire alarms are faulty in our building. Managment is often rude, careless and backbiting giving us as tenants no grounds to trust them. Everyone I know that lives here cant wait to leave. Dont waste your money you are better off paying a bit extra for quality of life. Youll save money in power, not getting your vehicle stolen or broken into, doctor visits for the smoke (asthmatic), and youll have peace of mind if you just turn your interest away. Trust me.
