I have lived here since 2006. Like everywhere you will go, there will be discrepencies but I believe the maintenance does their best to right any issues.My husband deployed for 18 months leaving me at home with my infant daughter and the maintenance would keep an eye on things like tabs on the cars, air pressure in my tires- little things that were important but that didnt cross my mind to think about.The people at the office always made sure to let me know that if they could help out in any way that they would.I feel that they did their best to help take care of our family.Then when it came time for him to come home, they helped hang banners from trees, let us line the driveway with flags and yellow ribbons and really shared in the excitement of not just my husband but all our heroes returning.The residents that lived near me always kept an eye out for us and it really felt like a community.No apartment complex is perfect, you're never going to find one that never has an issue, BUT living here I felt safe in a scary time, I knew there were people here who cared about our family and that shared in the difficulties and joy of our soldiers coming and going.Yeah, the walls are thin and yeah, sometimes you have a parking problem.I would rather come home to a bit of noise and people who actually care.

I agree with this! The apartment noise can get to be a bit much, as the walls are way too thin, but despite that, I feel safe being here as the workers and even management, yes suzy, help look out for me and my husband.
