My boyfriend and I have lived her for almost 2 years. We are moving out because he will be out of state for several months, not because of the conditions of or people in the complex. Our time here has been a good experience overall. My conversations with staff were always friendly, helpful, and respectful (especially with Suzy and Todd).
When I first moved in, they accepted pets, and since have stopped allowing pets to new renters. However, we have been allowed to keep our dog. The only bad experience we had while renting here, was that my boyfriend's car was broken into - but that is no fault of the complex or management. It could have happened anywhere.
Other reviews are true, the walls are fairly thin, the apartments themselves are fairly small, and prices increase - but that's what you get when you rent! (No one forces you to sign the lease!) It's true, not all complexes are perfect, but my experience here has been a very nice one. If I look for an apartment in the future, I would come back here.
