OK here's the thing you may think great big apartment for the price, but beware!!! For one the frog problem, there are ponds and tiny little frogs, and when it rains they go wild, they stick all over the apartments, it's really disgusting!!! If you like frogs then this is the place for you. I think they should get rid of the pond it's a pain!! Parking is ok and maintanence ok, it's pretty safe. But here's the thing the management isn't very helpful at all!!! Really a pain to deal w/. They will tell you one thing to get you to move into the apartment, and then deny it the next day, so don't believe it unless it's a signed document they could change their mind at any second!!! The noise level is out of control a lot, hard to sleep!!! So if you don't like noisy neighbors this place isn't for you, or if you like honest management this place isn't for you. I've lived here for a while and these are all the things I've learned about this place. So overall, I wouldn't recommend this stink hole to anyone, or wish them to experience the catastophe I've been through!

Ok, so you can hear the frogs a bit, big deal. It is not that bad. I also live here and live by the pond. I have never had a frog near my apartment. In fact, I have yet to even see a frog. I don't have any problems with the noise. Yes, you can hear your neighbors a little bit when they flush the toilet, but that is about it. As for the management, I have never had a problem. Pay your rent on time, let them know if there is a problem in your apartment that needs fixed and there is no problem. Sounds to me like you have had a bad day and decided to complain about the apartments just cause your mad. If you sit down and think a bit when you are not so mad, you might actually realize that these are great apartments!
