I could hear everything that goes on in the apt. next to me, and upstairs, and I'm sure that they could hear me too, which is uncomfortable. The parking there is so bad, that if you don't get there at noon, you'll be lucky to find a spot near your apt. The kids that live there have no manners, and will even invade your space (small patio) and scream all night long. When I moved in I had to clean in my cupboards, and found things in them. The maintenance does not know how to clean, or fix things, so don't bother with them. The 3 staff members are unfriendly, and you can never find someone in the office. Ever other Apt I've lived in automatically gives you your receipt for rent, but this one. I have to ask for it every time. Which I don't think is very business like. They will let anyone move in. I had a group of 17 yr olds living next to me with their 2 babies. I would not recommend this place to any one!
