This place is digusting and I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to noone that I know. There were bugs everywhere in the apartment, and leaks in my ceiling and rats too! I harassed by the apartment manager constantly for having my friends and family over! The manager is a disgusting low life witch with no respect for any of the tenants that are there live there. And I was pregnant during this whole ordeal, so I didnt need any more stress. It was just too much of an hassle, when your just trying to live and mind your business and the manager keeps harassing you, and might I add that the rental property management did nothing to stop the harassment! It's not worth the money the or anything, if you wanna live in hell then this place is perfect for you, and it even has the ----- on site!!

I too lived in Surrey Lane from 1999 to 2003. During this time we changed managers. The second one was a undercover B$#@!. She didn't really give me any problems until I moved. She put all types of charges on me. I wrote to the company and refuted the charges and they just put a notation on my credit file. I would not recommend this complex to any one either.
