I've lived here for a year and sure the people who just got evicted that lived underneth me were totally drug dealers with people driving by and pounding on thier door all hours of the night. And there are kids running around at all hours of the day and night screaming thier lungs out. But, there's just something about this place I like! The Manager doesn't like many people and I secretly think she's having a ------- affair with the other maintenace woman. Also if you're familure with LiveBridge, it's like living in an apartment complex filled with LiveBridge employees.But if you keep to yourself and you need a place to stay for a year of less this place is just swell...

Things I hate about Surrey Lane:
>Screaming children
>Creepy maintenance guy named Gary
>Not having a washer and dryer
>Management raising the price for the washers and dryers $.25
>Crack head neigbors parking in my parking spot!

Things I like about Surrey Lane:
>Inexpensive rent
>The neighbors arn't trying to be my friends
>Located right on the bus line
>The size is nice
>Holds the heat in the winter
>Ample parking (most of the time)
