My wife and I moved here in February. Nice cozy 2 bedroom apartment for the price. My electric bill even in the winter was only like $95 at the most. The other guy that's complaining on his review should spend time away from home and turn his heat off once in a while. The management has always been nice, but now there is new management and I already got a notice of rent increase of $20. Met her though, and she seems to be very nice. Love that I can have cats for only a $200 deposit. The maintenence man is very nice. The 1st week we were here our dishwasher broke and he came up and fixed it the same day. Anytime we have had a request it is taken care of promptly. The noise though is another thing. Children running around all day with no supervision, even into the night. I have had to go to their parents, because at 10:30 at night the kids were running around the parking lot screaming and cussing. People blast their music when pulling in, which they are not supposed too, according to the rules. The parking seems to be just fine for my wife and I. So, all in all, it all right.
