I lived here from May 2008 to April 2009. I liked the location and easy access to I-5 and all of the shops and resturants in Lacey. I never had a problem with noise while here....I was in bulding I. All of my maintenance issues were resolved very quickly. Anytime, management had to enter the apartment, I always received noticed well in advance. The management were always friendly and were really good at receiving packages from UPS and fedex while I was gone. It was a safe place to live, there was never anything I noticed with residents that raised eyebrows.

There are, however, some things worth mentioning about living here. Depending on which building you live in, you will struggle to find close parking, particularly if you arrive late in the evening. Some areas of the complex don't have a problem b/c they are not jumbled together with other buildings. But, where I lived, I had to pay the $25 extra a month for an assigned spot. Don't do this upon signing your lease. Wait a week or two and get a feel for the parking in your area, before paying extra coz again, you may not need to. If you do, be careful during and after heavy snowstorms. They will not be responsible for damage to your car if the carports collapse under the snow weight.

I also thought the apartments where pretty small. 715 sq ft for $865 a month is a bit much I think. The balcony is extremely small. There wasn't much room for furniture and a grill. Also, throughout much of the winter, particuarly last December, the apartment struggled to stay warm with the electric heaters mounted on the walls. I often had to use the oven to keep the apartment warm. My electric bill ranged from around $33 in the summer to nearly $100 during the heart of the winter.
