We moved from Fort Campbell, KY to Fort Lewis, WA (Military) and researched apartments online.

I called the Timbers as their website was awesome!!!!!I sent them $200 holding deposit and said to the manager, if we didn't like it canw e have our $200 back' She said yes.

We showed up, looked at the apartment....Heck no! It was disguisting.

Doors were off hinges, marks all over the floors and walls, the wooden railing on the balcony had rot and was falling apart,everything was a mess.

Not only that it was a GHETTO!!!! The pictures on the internet were NOT REAL! We asked for our $200 back and the manager said no and told me to leave.

I said you had an oral agreement with me that if we didn't like it I could have the $200 back.

She refused! I eventually got her to say yes by letting her know I would call the Better Business Bureau, The local Chamber, The Housing Dept at Fort Lewis and would definitly be taking her to court.

The staff a RUDE, LIARS and the place is similar to the projects....DO NOT MOVE THEREA!
