We've lived here nearly a year.
When we moved i they promised us that it was a really quiet ommunity and that couldn't be further from the truth.
There are kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs.
Cars blast their radios at all hours.
A few months ago a gang of young guys got into a brawl right outside of our bedroom window (first floor) and the cops showed up with guns drawn.
I could have reached out the window and touched them, they were so close to our window.
They don't enforce any sort of rules for children's supervision.
My wife took out the garbage one day and found a little girl urinating behind the dumpster.
The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance has come promptly for the few problems we've had.
Otherwise it has to be the worst apartment I've lived in.
The managers will lie through their teeth to get you to sign the lease.
