we moved into the timbers in the process of my husband being deployed with the US ARMY to IRAQ, thinking becuase we were told that it was a safe area and that I would be comfortable living there by myself ( NOT EVEN CLOSE) the smoke detector went off every time you took a shower, management was ALWAYS drunk and even showed up in her Unprofessional, unappropriated pajamas.
We were told when we first moved in that because my husband was in the military that as long as we had written orders that would be qualify for military clause. When we tried to get out of the lease due to ETSing they refused to let us out mind you it was only 1.5 months shy of end of contract, charging us 1200.00 in unpayed rent and to clean what we had professionally cleaned. Sending us to collections,
we reported then to JAG and they were supposable placed on the military black list.. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone instead I would tell them to RUN FAR FAR WAY from it.
