The rent may have changed since this was written, I am here on Section 8 housing. This complex is in a very small, quiet, picturesque neighbourhood off of the lake, close to everything. There are 16 one-bed units, 12 two-bed units and 4 three-bed units here. This complex is primarily low-income housing, but you can't readily tell. It's quiet, clean, peaceful, everyone here is well-mannered, problemds are resolved quickly by the professional staff, everything is up-to-date, lots of parking and fair rules. I cannot ask for any better under these circumstances, I am truly spoiled here!
