My family lived in this complex for 7 years and only left due to an arson fire that left our building unhabitable. Management changed at least 5 times - the last manager hadn't been there long before we moved but he seemed fine. We rented the largest apartment they had and rent was only raised once in 7 years. We were paying less for our 3 bedroom than most people were for 2 bedrooms. The worst problem was the crime in the area. It seemed like there was a cop car in the complex at least once a week-once a month. So an over all yes.
