...but it's a little bit like living in tenements if you're in the 2brdm units. They're old and run down, in need of a coat of paint and a pressure washing... and EVERYONE smokes! If there aren't cigarette butts on your porch or patio from the neighbors, there's dog poop in the shrubs and in the grassy areas. Not necessarily a good place for kids unless you've got one of the fenced back yards in the 3bdrm units. And, unless you enjoy second hand smoke or the smell of dog crap on a hot day, don't open your windows.
The neighbors are interesting, too. Everything from aggressive dogs to screaming/shouting matches well into the wee hours, or the guy that took up residence in the carport until another tenant called the police...

But, it's affordable, the units are large and you're close to everything, so really I guess you get what you pay for.
