Not a great place - I have lived here for just over a year, when the last managers were here things were taken care of. There was a live on site manager here up until last summer (2010). After they left this place went to heck. There is only a manager on site Mon., Weds. and Fri if that. I have lived with mold, roaches, and unoperable at times appliances. The rent may have changed since this was written, I am here on Section 8 housing. This complex is in a very small, quiet, picturesque neighbourhood off of the lake, close to everything. There are 16 one-bed units, 12 two-bed units and 4 three-bed units here. This complex is primarily low-income

My family lived at lake villa for 3 years.
We enjoyed every month of our stay. Our 3 bedroom had a washer & dryer a large garage w/remote dish,garbage disp,lots of cubburd space 2.5 bathrooms and the view around the complex is breathtaking. You will see deer and other wild life ..full review of Lake Villa

A reluctant yes My family lived in this complex for 7 years and only left due to an arson fire that left our building unhabitable. Management changed at least 5 times - the last manager hadn't been there long before we moved but he seemed fine. We rented the largest apartment they had and rent
