Awful Place to Live. Don't Do It.

The staff is rude and hateful and do not care about their tenants at all. Plus it is noisey there with a chaotic environment. Not to mention you will not get your deposit back. Your deposit is used for them to repaint and clean the carpet even when it does not need it (what most other apartments do at their expense and not the expense of a tenant who has paid $1,250 a month rent plus utilities). While living there I also heard tenants by the pool side or in passing speak to others about how they hate living there and can not wait to leave Beaumont Apartments. When my lease was up I was very happy to leave there. I would not recommend Beaumont apartments to an enemy. Who wants to pay for an expensive apartment to live around a hateful unattentive leasing office staff that takes your rent money and utility money and treats you like you are less then a human being. It is not worth it, although the landscape it beautiful but when it rains (which it does frequently here in Washington State) the grounds flood. So you have a crew of hateful people around you in a flooding zone community. BE------WARE, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

I'm surprised it took almost a year for someone else to post the continued problems of this complex. What is so appalling is the amount of rent plus utilities you pay to live there.

I hated it when I lived there for six long horrible months. I do not know if it was more awful to experience the rude staff or the flooding of the grounds in the parking area and high noise level that made living there one of the worst experiences in my life. And yes they took my deposit and a couple of military friends deposits as well. I was new in town and did not know about this rating network. Now I let my friends know to do research on apartment communities in order to hopefully avoid rip-off aparments communities like Beaumount Grand. Also you may want to report them to "WASHINGTON STATE LANDLORD TENANT ACT" you can find that website in a google search.
