My husband and I lived there for a year...It had to be the worst year of my life...First of all when we moved it everything seemed to be going good and everything, but on night I was trying to sleep and all you could here were people fighting and yelling! I looked out my window and I saw two guys fighting and they had guns!! And this is a gated community! I didn't feel safe from that point on. The gates don't work half the time! Plus there are little sidewalk gates that never lock so anyone can walk in there at anytime! Not very safe! The apartment itself was very nice. Alot of dead space because of slainted walls but for the most part it was decent. We lived on the second floor, meaning people below and above us. It was nice the people above us were nice people and you really didn't hear much from them. But half way threw our lease we had new people move in below us. We thought that they were going to be some what friendly when they moved in we tried to talk to them a couple times but they would just walk by. After a month of being there, it was about christmas time, I bought my husband Rock Band for our Wii, and we had the whole set up. Well don't play the drums above them, because no matter what time of the day they would complain! Im sorry but if you are going to move into an apartment complexs then you should know that you are going to hear some kind of noise from the other tentdants. They had told the the office about it and they failed tro mention that the man that lived downstairs from us threatened ours lifes and tried to open our front door. Morale of that, PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE AREN'T VERY NICE. Plus the staff tried to say it was our fault...I just didn't like the experience at all!! So good luck if you want to live there!
