leaves everywhere, trash all over, dog poop, patchy grass, spotted and dead shrubs, filled condoms on the ground, gun threats, moldy apartments, roof leaks, dirty siding, broken gate, only grounds maintained are in front of the office, gang fights, loud parties. management ignores any legitimate disputes. Long time resident shot himself in front of dumpster and left his body for other residents to find in the morning. Pretty disturbing! The place used to be really nice and maintained... all of this has happened in the last year. the managers are not maintaining it any longer. Also, be careful about the utilities. the lease may say it's a certain price but they charge more on the bill, and its shared at an irational price among residents. maintenance is limited. i hear the leaf blower once in a blue moon but come outside and the leaves and crap on the ground have only been blown around. DON'T LIVE HERE.

Poor taste. Shame on you, how dare you use this unfortunate event to seek attention. sounds like you need to move. Also, I have paid utilities everywhere I lived, at least here they send you a bill other places they just added to your rent. Do us all a favor and just move, again, poor taste.

People like you need to move :). Do everyone a favor and keep your attitude to yourself. It's people like you who live in apartments FOREVER and never have positive relationships with their neighbors. In case you haven't noticed, your utilities ARE added to your rent. And unlike your negative thinking, it seems this poster mentioned the event to warn others of the disturbing exposures to their children by living at beaumont. Do us all a favor, get off the sofa, and do something else with your life. :)

lol. actually its good to know about what happens at this property becuz i wouldnt want my kids to be at a place that attracts emotionally disturbed residents. who knows wat they might do to others!!!!!! thank u for the tip!!!!!! p.s. overly sensitive 1st commenter needs to grow up, peple have a rite to kno wat goes on at an apartment!!
