when visiting the apartments they seemed quite nice. It's once you move in that you start to notice the problems. The first weekend I moved in there was a party in the parking lot just below my window. the next weekend it was a lovers quarel which happens on a regular basis at this place. After about a month my car was broken into. I suppose that was my fault for leaving a towel and swimming suit in the front seat. After leaving nothing in my car they decide to start stealing gas from cars that don't have a locking gas cap. Thank god I have one of those from California. My last complaint is that the place is falling apart. it was painted this year and part of my balcony was supposed to be replaced but they just painted over the rotting wood so now the paint has peeled off and the wood is rotting even more.
