This complex is one of the noisiest you will ever live in. A large number of young military personnel with LOUD stereos and ill behaved children live here. There is little, if any sound batting in the walls. You can hear a car approaching several hundred yards away. Groups of 15 children at once hang out in the middle of the street setting off firecrackers with not one adult or parent in sight. Police response usually takes 90 minutes or more for any complaint concerning noise. Local tax rate is 8.8%. Loud rap music can be heard at ALL hours of the day or night. Do yourself a favor and avoid this community unless in a dire need. Steilacoom and University Place offer much more secure living with far more charm. Apartment itself is OK but does not compensate for loud neighbors and their guests. Management is a joke.
