I lived here for a year and a half. besides the fact of severe mold growth on my bottom floor apartment and rent hikes, no bbq grills...when gas was permitted''''' It was a quite place to live. I never had no problems with car break in or crime but it did have its drawbacks.
Ohh how can I forget..the water/sewage/garbage was ridiculously high. I have talked to several renters with multiple roomates and they pay half of what I pay. Mind you these are females who showered 2 to 3 times a day and constantly ran the dishwasher. I am planning to move out soon and I am skeptical they are going to try to get me on my deposit but only time will tell.
