I'll start with the good points: nicely tucked away but at the same time close by to everything you need. Generally quiet neighborhood. No major problems with maitanence. If I needed something fixed, they came out pretty quickly.
The bad points: Incredibly shotty construction/insulation. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors did and said. The number of times I was awoken in the middle of the night to my upstairs neighbor's marital relations was riduclous. Like I said, you can hear everything in great detail. Nothing is private. Management is poor. The office was never open when they said they'd be open (supposedly open until 6, but was closed at 4:30). Watch out - they'll keep your deposit and ask for more for the most ridiculous charges I've ever seen.
