This apartment community is not recommended for the younger adult crowd. There are too many people in the community that complain about noise, whether it is cars, washers and dryers, dishwashers, or even babies. If you are young (20-30s)and want to have friends over or have a baby, you have to be uber quiet. The walls are really thin i guess. At night I can hear my neighbors coughing thru the floor. Some people even complain about babies crying and they'll report it to the manager. If you have a washer and dryer or a dishwasher in your apartment, you should be able to use it whenever you can. At Lexington you have a time limit on when and when you cannot use your W/D and dishwasher in your apartment. People usually start their dishwashers before they go to bed, but you can't use the dishwasher at night after 10 pm. It's ridiculous. And for the littlest noise, some one will call the cops on you.
