I lived here for almost a year. I enjoyed our apartment, a two bedroom two bath. I was on the bottom floor so I would often get spiders but the management would have the exterminators come by and it would stop for a few months, no big deal. The walls are great we could never hear the neighbors to the side of us and couldn't hear the neighbor above us all that much (less than most places). The maintnance staff is fantastic. I admit the 3 changes in managment so rapidly was frustrating but they have all been nice. Its not just that they canged the managers they actually changed the owners of the complex and that is where many peoples complaints seemed to have started. We still have friends in the complex and it sounds like things are getting back to normal. The grounds are kept nice. It does stink that they stopped paying for water sewage and garbage (it was one of the big reasons I moved in in the first place) but most place don't anymore anyway. We moved from the complex mainly for more space (there weren't any 3 bedrooms available at the time of our lease term) Its funny that some people like the old management so much better than the new one, but I had more issues with the first, maybe thats because they were on the out, half of them were great in the beginning and the other half not so great... but she didn't last long... The gate was definitely a plus but other tenants need to make sure they don't give out their codes or just let people in or out when they are sitting by the gate. Parking was great! We have three vehicles and never had a problem finding a convenient spot!
