I lived there for 4 years with my husband during that time they sold the place several times and with that the management just got worse. Also in my 4 year stay there was no maintanence done to my apartment so things would fall apart and I would complain still nothing done about it. It is very loud and disruptive...people coming in drunk at all hours of the night fighting, yelling and carrying on. Also gun shots at various times which was scary. The police were there most of the time with domestic violence issues which occured often in the complex. I myself witnessed a few times a couple where the male was beating the female and all times the police were called. My upstairs neighbor was very noisy at all hours...dropping things, opening and slamming doors didn't matter when it always happened. The current management is horrible, always trying to take money off of people for no good reason. I moved out in Dec and was charged for mulitple things which after living there for 4 years should just be basic maintanence. Also there are gangs within the complex who were accused and charged with harrassing other tennants. The gangs would mess with other tennants cars, shoot bullets into their yards and leave bullets with their names in their yard. This place is aweful and I would not recommened this place to anyone.
