I will always compare every other place to Steeplechase and find them lacking.
I have ALWAYS been treated with respect & a smile from everyone in the office, and the attitude and professionalism of the office staff has greatly increased since Alex and Susan took over last August.
The maintenance staff is responsive, compentent and knowledgeable, especially Alex.
The manager is polite, professional and knows what she is doing, Susan will try her best to accomadate any request and always has time to chat, yet at the same time will not allow anyone to get away with breaking rules (gee, maybe thats what wrong with the 12/14 reviewer.couldn't tolerate some one who would tell you the truth instead of lie to your face and play favorites). Susan called me when I got home from the hospital recently just to ask how I was feeling & if there was anything she could do for me, how many landlords do that'
This place is just getting better and better and everything else in the area just pales in comparison.
