I have lived here for two 1/2 years and I like the area but I don't like the lack of assistance from the management staff. There is a big problem with the garbage situation that doesn't seem to be taken seriously. The repairs I requested still have not been done and the office hours are not tenant friendly. THE HOURS ARE 9AM-5PM. most of the tenants get home after that and getting anyone to call back is impossible. There are too many stray cats, and there are no speed bumps to slow drivers. There are alot of children playing and there should be more safety procautions. The rental amount is fare. The parking is fare. The activities for the tenants and children is nice. But I do think that the immidiate situation needs to be addressed. I would hope this message gets to the Property Management of this complex. It is very important that they are aware of some of the goings on.
