These apartments put on a great front. Was told there was a sauna upon move in and for the 2 years I lived there it was never fixed. Trash cans around the clubhouse constantly overflow. The office people are aweful. Very snotty and uptight. Cars are broken in to on a regular basis. Call Lakewood police deptartment and ask them how often they have to come out. Work orders sometimes take a week or more to be done. I actually saw a gang fight in the parking lot one afternoon. The police had to be called and it was just aweful. Kids from neighboring complexs jump the fences and tear stuff up. I was glad to leave. My new apartment complex is wonderful and delivers what they promise.
