This is the best place i have ever lived.
They have just made it all new staff, and their wonderful!
I want to live here forever.
The ground are always looking nice.
The office and very inviting.

Thumbs down!!! I moved into these apartments in 2007. I will be moving out in the fall. The reason why I am moving is because when I moved in my rent was $765 it in now $915. There is a very high turnover with the staff it's almost scary. They have been through 4 different managers, 3 different mant workers, and a bus load of leasing agents since I moved in. I put in a work request it took 5 weeks to be done. Paint is falling off the building. For crying out loud a man commeted suicide in the court yard. If you call the office with a questain and they say there on top of it and will call you back they NEVER do!! Now they are making the residents pay W/S/G based on how many people are in your unit. I am a single mother with a 6yr old. I work 2 fulltime jobs. My child is at school and daycare thru the day so we are never home to use the amount of water "they" think will be used by 2 people. Is that even legal? I would not have a problem with paying it if there was a meter generated bill for me to see how much water I am using. Steeplechase has as many as 20 availible units at any giving time....might be due to the rediculas prices. That's not fair to us residents having to pay extra because they can't keep staff or fill up there community...Renter's beware this is not a place to live

Completely agree. Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Would not recommend to anyone. I have only lived here for a few months and have already had multiple problems. Work orders I put in weren't getting completely for a month. Apartment was invested with bugs and had to be bombed as soon as I moved in. The staff being incredibily rude, no wonder they always have "move-in specials" and so many unit avaiable! Much nicer, newer, cleaner and cheaper apartments avaiable in the same area!

I have never had any bug issues and have lived here for 5 years. everytime i have had something wrong with my apartment maintenace always come right away. Dont listen to these people who just come on here to -----. if your not happy MOVE
