I had credit issues, however, I got all of the necessary documentation to get approved. When I got turned down from other places, Steeplchase took a chance on me. I have a 2bd 2ba. When I came into apply for my apt, I had an answer the very next day. I had to pay a bigger deposit because I didnt want a co-signer, they let me make payments on the second deposit. I LOVE IT HERE. One thing that I noticed about management is they really try to make Steeplechase a real community. I wish my neighbors would participate more often, but at least management tries. The grounds are very well kept. The maintainence does a great job keeping up on things as well. I put in a work order for something and it was address the next day. Everyone who works here, lives here. The only thing I wish is that my neighbors would clean up their dog poo. (Come on people, I dont want to clean up your mess)I LOVE THIS PLACE, I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT, I LOVE MY APT!!!! COME RENT HERE! TELL THEM I SENT YA!

LMAO!! I figured it out real residants post the truth and management puts something positive :) I know that from the time line of everyone else's comments. Bad one's get posted. The whole office get fired. As soon as you see positive comments it's right after a new set of people get hired. I don't know why management would go out of there way to post "good" things because once people move in they find out on there own anyway. Don't worry new residents no matter what time of the month you want to rent from Steeplechase there will be ton's of apartments to pick from. Us long term tenets have to keep getting our rent jacked up. Due to everyone moving out or them having to fire the whole office. If you want to rent at steeplechase apartments just pick out 5 residents you see in the parking lot and ask them in front management how much they pay for there apartment or if the w/s/g I bet you money nobody pays the same PERIOD I have been a resident for a few years now. They just got a new manager about a month ago after Heather just walked away from her job. Corrine is a total ----- who says one thing one minute and plays the dumb role when confrunted if front of people. I wonder if she still works in the office LOL!! she post rude letters on the apartment community door about how she doesn't want to be walking in peoples dog ---- everytime she walks in the parking lot. Well the whole apartment does not own dogs so the right thing for her to do would be post her rude letter on the dog owners door and not the ones who don't have them. I mean that would not be hard to do. She is a leasing agent so she know's who has paid a pet deposit. The new manager chick I think her name is Sharon can't deal with residents issues like a "manager" should. She is always on the defence. Relax a little lady your not the first manager and by the way the office is ran you wont be the last LMAO!!! Good Luck New Renters :)

Oh Boy! I can tell you that I am not an employee of the office. I have lived in a few complexes and this is by far the best that I have lived in. At least the managers give a ---- and they are trying. I have had ZERO problems. As for Corrine, she has kept her word to me and is wonderful everytime I speak with her! The new manager's name is Sherry, not Sharon. Frankly, its nobodies business how much everyone pays for rent. All I know, I am happy here, thankful to be here, and I wont be leaving anytime soon. If a change needs to be made, stop bitching about it and take some action and make a change.

You should learn how to read, I have lived here for over 5 years and to this day Corrine has never sent any rude letters out to anyone. Maybe your just one of the troubled people that the office staff always has to deal with, and thats why you think they hate you. I feel sorry for you, maybe you should MOVE across the street when you belong.

I have not moved in yet, but I am considering on moving in. I think the community is nice looking and Corrine to me is really nice. I really haven't met her or really don't know where, but to me the first impression is the most important. And she comes off to me as being very professional and very nice and fair. I am not sure about all these other tenants but by looking at these apartments, it appears to me its a good place to raise your family. If management comes off wrong, like one person, said it must be the TROUBLE maker and if that person is so unhappy there, yes, then they should MOVE. Give someone else a chance to share their experience there whether its bad or good. Let the new renters experience it for themselves.

tell ya what, email me at pennykstone@msn.com and I will give you my contact information and tell you my experience. Please dont let the "person who is anonomouse"(sp) deter you from here. I have no idea what they are talking about. I think they are unhappy with their own life.
