I have lived at Steeplechase for a few months now and we are now on our 3rd manager.
All I can say is that this one had better stay. She seems so far to be a woman of professionalism and knowledge.

And of course that scary assistant manager is gone. I know that she knew a lot about the property but the stories that changed and change every time I went in there, I was getting a bit nervous.

Maintenance is great. The maintenance guy gets things done and he is training a new guy now. As long as they don't have to fix things 3 times like the other guy did I will be happy.

The weekend leasing agent is great. She helped me with some ideas of things in the area when I moved in and actually like Lakewood.

They are planning something great for Halloween. I don't have young ones but I was invited to check it out.

So far so good. I hope that the people who are here now stay.

First off... Are you sure your talking about the right property? Maintenance sucks, i never get my request's done, they are so slow...... And as for the new manager....ummmm... well I dont know about her professionalism, everytime i go down to the office she is in sweat pants and looks like she is going or trying to do the maintenance work around here... Korin(SP?)will be missed. She tried to keep this property together. All I know is that when my lease is up i WILL be moving just like everyone else around here.
