I lived there when they first opened and got to be the first person to live in my apartment. They are very nice and well kept, the paint was nice at first, lightly colored made such an impression from the boring normal white you usually see, just dont get anything on the walls because the nice lightly colored paint will come off when you try to clean them.
I lived in 303 on the top floor and it was great having an elevator to be lazy with and carry in groceries but with the garbage is located outside and it makes it a pain to carry that down, and you know how sometimes the garbage might get a whole in it' yeah, itll go all over the carpets til you get outside.
The last complaint about them is that its located right on bridgeport which is good for location and getting around, everything is walking distance or a short drive but it took me a few months to get use to the loud traffic.
Other than that they were wonderful apartments, on the high end of the dollar bill but I thought worth it at the time. Management is amazing, the new manager there is just a sweet heart, and went above and beyond for me, treating me good even when I left and didnt try to scam me when I moved out. i had to pay extra fees but I completely agreed with them.
I do recommend these apartments.
