I enjoy the peace and quite and quick response of management whenever there is a maintenance or neighbor issue. I have found that the complex is in a great location to the YMCA that I frequent as well as Lakewood Town Center for shopping and multiple places to eat everywhere I turn. I am also looking to go to school and have Pierce community college and Clover Park Technical Coolege just minutes away!!!!
