We just moved in here and the new managers here are from our old complex...Since they left the old place it went down hill so we up and left and followed them here... I haven't seen any problems here at all except for the first night we moved in there were some people drunk who decided to throw someone's key on top of the carport and they climbed up it and broke the darn thing..I just look at that as it better there not driving and doing something way worse ... No matter where you move I'm sure drama will be lurking just around the corner so you cant expect it to be free of it, that just life...
