The Village is a good complex. The apartments are nice especially if you get a renovated one. There are some bad apples but that's going to be at any apartments. Maintenance is good. No bugs really. The lake is not all that lake-like. The manager is nice. She is very professional. My leasing person was great and very kind and helpful. She's the --------american girl that sits on one side of the office by herself. I think her name starts with an A. She'll take care of you and she is very professional also.

The only downfall is that I recently found out that one of my neighbors pays $100 less than I do for the exact same apartment.
