My family and I rent here now and the only good thing we can say is that maintence is only thing you can depend on. We hate it here The noise of not only the apt above you, but all around in general is awful. The kids running wild with no supervision fighting, vandalizing property and vehicles. Nobody cleaning up after there animals, your kids coming in from the playground covered in dog ----. Management does nothing to enforce anything. Except the trash policy, but don't even bother to report anything eles it won't do any good. Trust me we have tried, to get them to enforce cleaning up after your pet and reported vandilism and even fights. It doesn't help. You can even let your 2or 3 year old child swim unattended in the pool and work out in a seperate room and the management won't stop you. Every time we tried to report anything we get the same answer "Our hands our tied". So if you want a place to let your children run wild and get away with murder this would be the place for you. But if you want a place for your children to be safe playing outside and your vehicles and personal property to be safe keep looking. Don't get a false sense of security about there on-site security it's a joke its nothing but a guy in a golf cart riding around with his eyes closed to everyting going on.
