we moved in in december, first off the heater in the front room didnt work so they had to fix that the day we moved in. I alos had a bad feeling in the apartment and things started happining,i know most people dont believe in ghosts but when dishes started falling off the countertop when they were pushed back far, or i would be on the phone and people i would be talking to would here groggy voices saying hello when i would here static, some would say its just me picking up someones conversation. well first off i asked the matinence guy if he herd anyone say this place was "haunted" he said no not personally but if i felt strongly about it to talk to the office and let them know what going on and if you want to move dont let them say theres no room cause that wasnt true. when i approached the office i got laughed at or they would change the subject. now almost living here a year more stuff happened like things would turn on or move, the back door hanging blinds, one of them just recently picked up half way like someone was holding it and snaped back down and swung, no windows were open or anything. i had taken a picture and a image of what looked like a american indian was in it. quincidence' no, also my son would be playing and be watching something move around the room, i couldnt see anything then held his arms out as if someone was going to pick him up, he also wakes up at all hours of the night in a full on scream for idk what reason, the doctor said nothing was wrong with him, another said he might be having night terrors. off the subject of "ghosts" to more t hings. if i have to call for matinence they act as if im a bother. i called recently 3 time because water was comming in the window and things were starting to mildew, the first time i called he said he would put the work order in, nothing, the secondtime the lady said she would have someone over right away, i waited 4 hours, no one, i called again and the other lady said she didnt remember telling me shed have someone over right away. dotn make excuses just fix it. our lease is about up and they tried to raise our rent of the onebedroom up to $814.00 a month or if we wanted to go month to month it would be $1015.00 a month, now i dont know who would pay that for a crappy one bedroom 80's style applyances, doctors office carpet, spider infested apartment but not me, were moving on post now and i dont care it its worse there anythings better than here. Kids around here leave trash all over the lawn there yelling at all hours of the night, roaming around like they own the place.and when we were gone back home for 2 weeks they decided to throw them selvs a party on our back porch and leave trash and beer cans and cigeretts everywhere and i knew exactly who it was, GOOD JOB SECURITY! I FEEL REALLY SAFE NOW! I have yellow jackets in the back that ive called about twice now and nothing has been done, theres a ton of them and god forbid they come in and bite my son and he be allergic to them. another problem was injuly we had went to the mccord afb air show and was tired when we got home that saturday night, we were in bed by 8:00. the next day i get a nice note on the door saying we had a noise disturbance, so i got to the office and they guy said we were playing loud music and contributing to minors, i said no freeking way wewre we doing that since one we dont have a stero to be playing loud music, two we were in bed by 8 and 3 my son was 8 months old at the time and having parties with a infant was not going to happen. he said he would note on our account we claimed it wasnt us, so i called later and talked to someone else and she said she knew for a fact it wasnt us and would take it off our record. if your gonna make nasty note make sure its for the right people. noise is another problem but im not going to go on about that. i think the only good thing about this apartment is the maintence guy bruce, they should pay that man $50.00 an hour. everytime he comes over hes so nice and polite and ends up fixing more than what he came here for, GOOD JOB BRUCE KEEP IT UP!

and you forgot to mention its like living in the ghetto.....how many times has the cops, fire department been out there for shootings, stabbings and what not. for being in the military you would think you would have a nicer place to live!!!!
