I don't go to bed until 6-7am because people running up and down the stairs. I have a daughter that's a year old.(she doesn't even keep me up)People screaming bloody murder at 3 in the morning. Parties going on until 6am. Music playing at all hours in the night. I'VE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR A MONTH!..I'm already looking at other apartments! My husband is in the Army and I came out here to look for a week. Well I found a couple of places but my husband didn't want to live 10 miles from base.(It's worth the drive)So I left and the Army sent my husband out here to look. Well we got here and I walked in to the apartment and I immediately smelled something funny. One of our friends came over and was helping us unpack and he smelled it and he said it smelled like marijuana. The very first night we didn't go to sleep because our neighbors were having a party. It's more like a college party every night here! The front doors...lets just say they really need replacing..you can look through the cracks of them and see people standing outside! So insects can come into you house. They also look like they have been kicked in numerous times. I don't feel safe out here at all I actually have my daughter sleep in my room with me and there have been break-in and robberies in the complex so now I sleep with my dresser in front of my door. They say they have cops patrolling the area, but I have only seen them about 3 times since Ive lived here. Then the apartment itself was dirty when we moved in they said they were going to have it cleaned again but they didn't.(no surprise around here) The counter top in the kitchen is peeling and coming apart. Not to mention all the water damage! You do have covered parking! But, it doesn't stop people from messing with your car. This is the absolute WORST place I have ever lived and for the price its honestly not worth it! If you have a family I wouldn't live here! It's not a safe environment!

managers don't care. the only way that I ever got any results was when I called their corporate office. that is when the manager would be forced to act. so if you are still living there, just tell them you want to speak with their corporate office. that is the only way to get things done there. good luck to you.

When I moved into my apartment, I went into the bathroom and there appeared to be what LOOKED like pubic hairs inside of the medicine cabinet, as well as under the sink. It was disturbing. I don't think I have seen a single good review for this place, on this website. I can't wait to get out of here, 2 more months!
