I've lived here a year and this is hands down the worst place I've EVER lived at. 1. Neighbors: Upstairs, some Private and wife having daily, screaming at the top of their lungs fights including door slamming, physical fighting, etc. that last all day and night (cops would come out and they'd be back at it 30 mins later, and this at 3 in the morning. She also had a newborn that she would scream at to "shut the f up" when it cried, classy. Dude in the adjacent apt would listen to gangster rap every weekend with extremely loud bass that would make my entire apt vibrate and my own tv inaudible, would tell him multiple times to turn it down, didn't help, and management didn't care. Downstairs would usually crank up their keyboard around 2 in morning and play horribly bad and loud crap. 2. Security: My cars window was busted out and GPS stolen. 3. Apt: Mold, it's growing inside the walls of both bedrooms, makes the corners black, have tried killing it with bleach, but that only helps the outside and it quickly comes back. Water damage is evident in the wetwall and exterior walls and the ceiling above.

The only reason this place is on the RPP list is because, surprise, onpost housing is ran by the same company: Equity.

You are an idiot! It's not the community's fault people scream at each other. And as for your GPS being stolen from your car, NEWSFLASH- if you leave items of value in plain sight then you are just asking for someone to steal it. Next time why don't you just leave your stuff on the hood, at least they won't break your window. And last but not least, as for your "mold" it sounds like you are new to Washington because at any given time the humidity is around 80% which means mold and mildew form at a greater rate than normal. It sounds like you need a lesson on cleaning.
