We lived in a busy corner end unit for 7 months. The unit itself was really nice, the outside area around the unit was an ongoing mess with the wind blowing local trash around. Had a short problem with the neighbor kids leaving their bikes in front of our front door until we talked to the managers and the family. THEN everything was fine. Noise from the upstairs apartment was minimal; noise from people going up and down the outside stairs (3 floors) was minimal. This complex has a lot of children and dogs but overall it was a nice place to live. The management was ALWAYS available and helpful. Repairs were always handled promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
