These apts are ok in terms of location and aesthetic qualities. However, for what I paid here we should not have had to deal with accessive noise (sreaming kids, car alarms going off in the middle of the night, and barking dogs constantly, pidgeon crap everywhere (even though they "put up a state of the art sound system that makes them leave" that was three months ago and there are still hundreds of birds, poor treatment of the residents on part of the management. The new manager should have to take some classes to learn some skills on being empathetic and how to treat people with respect. On top of it all i'm glad that I left when I did because they are becoming really good at nickeling and diming residents to death. If you have a concern that needs addressed don't count on getting anything resolved. You will be lucky if your message even get's to the manager. It's ridiculous and I hope that I never have to deal with these individuals ever again. Stay far away from these apts. Finally, you will end up paying more by the end of your lease term than when you started and not getting anything in return.

To complain about screaming kids and dogs is a bit critical wouldn't you think? You live in a complex of people packed together. Its a community and you clearly couldn't figure that out
